I am confused and have yet to get a clear answer on how to get audio using webcam. I have PC, my daughter Mac?

Assuming you have a pair of speakers plugged into the PC speaker output.


You should first make sure both webcams have microphones on them or it won't be able to transmit audio.


Once you've confirmed the microphones, click on the speaker icon at the lower right bottom of the screen to make sure the sound volume level is not turned off. It should be set to the max. level.
