now a personal recommendtion based on experience... Infinity. Great realistic overall sound, even from their lower end stuff. I had a pair of their reference series 6x9's and 3 1/2 in an older Cavalier Z24, and it sounded like i had a 10 in the trunk! MB Quartz were too harsh on the high end for me, and rockford punch series separates don't have enough ';punch'; (i'd suggest the power line if you go rockford)
