First make sure that the video your are watching is flash. Then you need to go to macromedia's site and download their free Flash player. Macromedia is the company that makes Flash.

If the file is NOT flash and it ends with MPEG, MPG, AVI or MOV you will need the Codec to view ti. To start with, go to Microsoft.com and do a search on Codecs, you will find the Codec package for Windows Media Player. If the file ends with MOV you will need to install Quicktime for windows from www apple com.
