for good audio use
44100 Hz (sample rate), 128000 bit rate (bps), stereo (does it even matter for youtube?), 32 bit (16 bit is also fine to lower the file size).
44100 hz = 44.1 kHz
128000 bps = 128 kbps
these settings are like CD quality
