I have heard often that it is illegal to videotape people in public without their consent, or record someone's voice without their consent. I also know the law varies from state to state. Is there any law prohibiting such a thing in Michigan or Ohio, for example? I would extremely appreciate it if the law was posted with reference.Is there any CLEAR law prohibiting recording video or audio (of others) in public?
