my computer is having o.s. of windows 98se.thevideo is sticking and coming in slow jerky motions.audio is clear and normal.how to repair this problem?The video comes in a slow jerky motion.theo.s.is windows 98se.audio is clear.?
This points at a large format video and a slow computer to me. Sound and video while both in the same same file are decoded independently so the sound can come through fine and the video is jerky.


Try the video on another more up to date PC and if all is fine I think its time for upgrading.
